Structural Features
Phase One consists of 175,000 sf of casino gaming, completed in 2018.The casino is constructed of structural steel framing with a braced frame lateral system.Phase Two adds a 23-story, 317-room hotel, designed using flat-plate floors and concrete shearwalls. The hotel’s second level includes a ballroom, meeting spaces, and a full day spa. The third level has an outdoor amenity deck with swimming pool, bar, and rooftop lounge.
